Room credits

What a credit buys

  • 5 credits Meeting room 90 minutes 2 hours outside 9am to 3pm
  • 15 credits Board room 2 hours
  • 55 credits Auditorium First 2 hours Then 30 credits per extra hour. Full day: 200 credits

Booking

  • Meeting rooms and the board room: book up to 14 days ahead, or request up to 30 days ahead.
  • Auditorium: book up to 90 days ahead.
  • Peak times (9am to 3pm) are shared fairly. Members can use up to half their credits on peak bookings made more than a week ahead. See the terms for details.

Need more credits? Top up in batches of 5 for $30 + GST. Top-up credits last 12 months.

How it works

From application to booking

  1. Apply

    Log in or create your Morris Moor account, then tell us your company name and ABN, your address and phone number. Booking the auditorium? Add your Public Liability insurer and policy number too.

  2. Approved

    We review and approve applications within 48 hours.

  3. Book a room

    Credits land in your account each month. Book meeting and board rooms up to 14 days ahead, the auditorium up to 90.

  4. Top up anytime

    Run short in a busy month? Top up in batches of 5 for $30 + GST. Top-up credits last 12 months.
